Yes, absolutely! Cabo San Lucas in Mexico is one of the safest places to travel in Latin America. It’s located at the southern tip of Baja California Sur and is part of the Los Cabos region.
In recent years, the state government has made great strides in addressing safety concerns by implementing a special security force known as “Grupo De Coordinación Las Playas Seguras” (GCPS). The goal of GCPS is to provide additional security along tourist destinations throughout Los Cabos, such as beaches, marinas and shopping centers. Since its implementation, crime rates have dropped significantly.
Cabo San Lucas also offers world-class resorts that feature 24 hour surveillance for extra peace of mind for travelers. Various tour companies offer excursions and activities so you can explore safely with experienced guides who know the area well.
When is the best time to visit Cabo?
One of the most important things to consider is the weather. The best time to visit Cabo San Lucas depends on what type of atmosphere you’re looking for. Generally speaking, spring and fall months like May and November are two of the best times to go due their mild temperatures and smaller crowds than in summertime. In addition, spring often brings lower hotel rates compared with other times in the year. For example, you can find some amazing deals between April 1 – June 30th as well as September 1st- December 15th!
Do you provide helmets for the activities?
Yes, when you arrive to take part in ATV, Side by Side, or horseback riding we will provide you with a helmet. All the equipment has been cleaned thoroughly.
